Security notice: Beware of spoof emails
It has come to our notice that there have been instances of spoof emails falsely representing our Financial Controller, Mr Carl Steele, circulating in the digital domain.
These emails are not authorised communications from McMenon Engineering and are in no way associated with our organisation.
At McMenon Engineering, we prioritize the security and confidentiality of our communications.
We would like to reassure our stakeholders and suppliers that all official communications from our organisation will always originate from the McMenon domain.
Specifically, our legitimate emails will come from addresses ending with “@mcmenon.com.”
To enhance email security and prevent falling victim to phishing attempts, we recommend that you verify the sender’s email address for authenticity.
If you receive any communication that seems suspicious or raises doubts about its legitimacy, we urge you to contact us immediately for verification.
Our team is actively monitoring this situation and taking necessary measures to mitigate any potential risks associated with these spoof emails.
We appreciate your cooperation and vigilance in ensuring the security of our communications.
If you have any questions, concerns, or if you come across any suspicious activity, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@mcmenon.com
Thank you for your understanding and continued collaboration.
