McMenon named among Top 20 businesses
McMenon Engineering is flying high – featuring in the Top 20 of in-cumbria magazine’s top 100 businesses in Cumbria.
The list – announced in the magazine’s 100th edition in April – sees McMenon named at number 20.
McMenon CEO Anand Puthran said: “This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.
“We feel honoured to receive recognition among so many outstanding companies.
“Coming on the back of our Business of the Year win at the recent in-cumbria awards, this shows that McMenon is continuing to innovate, improve, and strive for excellence in everything we do.
“We are committed to delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers.
“And we will work tirelessly to ensure our business continues to thrive and grow.”
The article highlights the diversification and growth the Workington business has undergone since being taken over by McMenon in 2018.
McMenon is going from strength to strength in winning nuclear contracts at Sellafield and the recent acquisition of a state-of-the-art Variable Area Flowmeter product line from Europe.
The company was also successful in November’s in-Cumbria Business Awards.
McMenon picked up victory in the Large Business of the Year category.
And CEO Anand Puthran also accepted the trophy for Business Person of the Year.
