We Promote Diversity and Inclusion at work
McMenon Engineering Services Limited is proud to support the International Women in Engineering Day campaign. Shiby Bernard, chief operating officer at McMenon, said: “This gives women the opportunity to highlight successes in the engineering arena. It’s a chance to raise the profile of this amazing sector and encourage women, and girls, to consider a career in engineering. Three recent recruits in our engineering and support departments have been women – all were appointed because they were the best candidates for the role.”
