McMenon Creating Careers in Cumbria
McMenon is proud to be an advocate of the Creating Careers in Cumbria programme that supports people through engagement, training and practical advice. McMenon attended the programme’s recent graduation event and received a certificate from project partner Morgan Sindall Infrastructure as a thank you for our support. We are committed to backing this worthwhile employability project that helps people across the region better prepare for job opportunities. It’s worth noting that 74% of participants have secured employment after attending the programme.
Creating Careers in Cumbria is an initiative sponsored by Copeland Council and Morgan Sindall Group plc and supported by Gen2, Job Centre Plus, Inspira and Lakes College.
