McMenon Engineering Services Ltd, a multiple award-winning organisation with exports to over 60 countries, is seeking to recruit an ambitious Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver on substantial contract wins.

The role is responsible for management and delivery of major projects and would ideally suit a candidate from a mechanical engineering and manufacturing background. For candidates with the right skillset, and most importantly an ambitious mindset, there is potential for this opportunity to develop into a leadership role.

As project manager you will plan, execute, negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee various projects ensuring company targets and objectives are met.  This role will require significant supplier and client interactions and hence the ideal candidate will require confident communication and networking skills.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years project management experience, preferably working within mechanical engineering and manufacturing.
  • Strong planning background and a diligent analytical approach is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A good working knowledge of SHEQ systems is an advantage
  • A willingness and enthusiasm to learn and lead projects
